Complaint

I've been paying off debts with Shackleton for a few years now. In 2021 my debts were all paid off and Standard Bank has the settlement letters. I've had debit orders of R4000 come off of my account for two years and cannot get hold of anyone to have this sorted out. When I did speak to someone a while back they were SUPER rude and forceful for monthly installments to settle (paid off debt) and just kept threatening court orders if I didn't etc etc.
