Collecting prescribed debts

took two loans with Capitec,one was taken in 2015 another was 2017,I paid my instalments until 2021 October,due to my unstable financial issues ,Now there’s a company called “Shackleton credit management “contacting me and sending the below messages

MISS NDLOVU, All Attempts to resolve your Capitec acc have failed. Legal action will result in the sheriff contacting you at work/home. Call *** or WhatsApp https://wa.me/message/DZXGRS6UZQTHI1 now to avoid this. Ref CAP***. L&M Attorneys

and suddenly those debts are now appearing on clear score aswell,I don’t understand the reason because according to the law ,those debts have prescribed
