BAD

I am so upset with having seen that I'm blocked. I have paid my credit years ago, no paid up letter has been send to me. I have not been removed from their system. I am in urgent need of having to get this cleared out. I cant get a car due to this matter not getting resolved. please assist me with this matter. I am extremely disappointed.
