THIS IS *****ING

This company called Shachah SHM has been deducting R99 from my bank account for months and i called the bank inquiring this transaction they gave me their number ***as their contact number unfortunately I cannot get thru that number and i do not know them and cannot find them on the internet. this is so wrong its *****ing i want my money back.
