Debt Review Clearance

It appears I'm under debt review with your company XDS - Shabier Ahmed Ayub (Debt Counsellor). May I request for a clearance certificate. I have sent you an email with my Paid-Up Letter attached. I need financial freedom and this has a negative impact on credit score.

I tried calling Shabier but the line is not going through.
