Extremely poor service. First order went fine. Second or of a headboard and pedestals to match first order was a circus. Had 3 different colors "matching" furniture. Bed size had been turned around (transposed). I ordered a King XL base. First order was a king size headboard. To confirm XL King size base we gave them the measurements - 183 x 200cm. Arrived 183 long x 200 wide. They offered to fix this. Gilbert fetched the incorrectly made furniture and incorrect color furniture on Saturday 20th April 2024. Cynthia - The owner of From Shabby 2 Chic promised to deliver corrected and remade furniture on Sunday 21st April 2024. Didn't hear from her on Sunday. On Monday morning she messaged fto say Gilbert and helper would be here between 10 and 11am. She then changed to 12 noon. At 15.00 i messaged to ask where they were. On their way was reply. Just after 16.00 they arrived. On offloading i noticed one pedastal was incorrect color but said leave it. They sc****d a big piece of paint off headboard, putting huge dent in my dishwasher when carrying in. Deny any knowledge of this even though i have time and date stamped pictures. They then proceeded to drive into my electric gate, knocking the gate off the runners and bending the frame. They just left before i could say anything. I notified Cynthia immediately. Her husband Gilbert phoned and said he was sorry he didn't think there was damage. Then she started messaging me denying any knowledge of them damaging anything. Denying that bed legs on one side were not painted. Refused to pay for damages or take accountability. Please spread word NOT to touch them. She will try sweet talk and charm you to get money out of you. Shocking horrible experience.
