Shabana Ross Passports

Has anyone dealt with Shabana Ross Passports. We think we may have been ****med. We paid R3500 up front to get an unabridged birth certificate to Durban. She keeps telling me I must fetch in Joburg. When I tol her it was not possible and just a crazy request., she said she would reset for Durban release. She sends me jargon I don't understand. When in despair I asked where in Joburg she sends me acronyms. I am desperate as my sons Irish Passport depends on it. She says I can't go and reapply as it is already in the system.she only works on whatsapp.
