Unapologetic BAD SERVICE

I order a part for an electric appliance on 3 December. Was notified on 14 December that it was at their dispatch. Phone on 18 December for tracking number, was promised tracking number and delivery the next day - nothing. Phoned again on 20 December, spoke to Darrin, same thing, will ship today, so sorry, you will have it tomorrow. Needless to say, they are closed now and I will not see my part or a refund soon. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM - THEY MAKE FALSE PROMISED AND TO NOT DELIVER
