Two weeks and counting from a warehouse 10km away

I have been waiting TWO WEEKS for an order to be delivered. At the time it was indicated that it would take 3 to 4 working days. Now their website shows 4 weeks for the same product after I had ordered. I am not getting any communication from them either.

In future I would rather import parts myself or try another local supplier.
