Three weeks to order part from supplier

Unfortunately my experience has been dreadful. It's been just over three weeks since I placed my order and today I'm informed that "due to internal difficulties" they've only just relaised the part I ordered is coming from Italy. Flights don't take three weeks from europe. Someone was too lazy to do their job, period. I don't recommend ordering parts from them.
