Terrible Service

I returned a toaster under warranty on 11/09/22. after many attempts to reach them (they don't answer the phone). A month later they offered me a "refurbished" (2nd hand) as a replacement which I refused. 3 months later I went there demanding a full refund, still waiting for a resolution.
