Terrible service!

Do not order spares from them! Absolutely terrible service. Website states estimated dispatch time 1-4 weeks.... I have been wating for 10 weeks so far, and they have absolutely no idea on when I can expect my item. When enquiring they only respond " we are still awaiting the stock from our suppliers" with no indication on when they expect to receive it. I am preparing myself for not receiving it at all.
