Shocking service by S&H Electronics

I took my DeLonghi coffee machine in to S&H Electronics (only agent for DeLonghi in the Western Cape) on 31 October 2022. On 8 November S&H quoted me R3201.55 to repair the "transmission service kit". It sounded incorrect to me and I took it to another repairshop for other brands. Within a day they told me that it is the motherboard that has blown and that it will cost R1200 to fix. S&H refused to sell the motherboard to the other repairshop. I then contacted the DeLonghi headoffice to order the part. It was fixed for R1200. All my communication by email to S&H Electronics and whatsapp was left unanswered. It is shocking service by S&H Electronics
