S&H STAY AWAY!

Have never received such terrible service in my life!!!! Took our coffee machine in for repairs. Company promise to assess within 3 days. A week later still nothing. How many calls with no return. Eventually saying R3k to repair after my boyfriend who is an robotics technician checked the valves that was working they said it needed to be replaced. We replaced and repaired it - after 3 days machine gave the same problem and we had to return it... after how many phone calls they finally after two weeks being back confirmed it is now the PC board - they did not take any responsibility being wrong the first time and expected us to pay again. Now still waiting for the machine. Story is never the same and spent more on the machine what we originally paid. When mentioning are going to list on Hello peter the feedback was that it is okay... never experienced this bad customer service, transparency and commitment in my life. Would not recommend
