I had an issue with my relativey new SAECO GranAroma SM6585 coffee machine. With year end closure looming I was expecting to get it back in the new year. But the friendly & personal help from Hilary, Tyrone and Jay was outstanding and they and their team went out of their way to get my Coffee machine back to me before the Dec 16 long weekend....
