Misleading Website and ********* Business Practices

I thought I was ordering a new product on their website. When the product got here, the box was damaged and in terrible condition. I said to the customer service agent that I thought I was buying a new item. She told me that the website clearly states that all items were refurbished. I did not see that, fair enough. However, the worst worst part of this company is that they want to charge me a 15% handling fee for a refund. What a load of hogwash. Stay far away from them. They don't even answer their terrible reviews here. I am also going to log a grievance against them with the Consumer Protection Board.
