Honestly, these guys are a disaster. I have 2 product with them for 3 months. Another item dropped off 10 days ago, with no feedback at all. Not even an assessment has taken place. When I call I am being given completely different stories by the 2 guys that work these, Jay & Tyron. Each seem to give their own timelines, totally conflicting the others. Ive learnt my lesson in dealing with them.
