Great service

After ordering a new sump filter for my old trusty DeLongi espresso machine, I initially thought that a made a huge mistake after reading all the one-star reviews on HelloPeter. In my mind a wrote that couple of hundred rands off as a "lesson" to never order something online if I have not investigated the supplier properly.

To my surprise they responded to my email within the first week to affirm that this part was to be ordered from Italy and will probably take 2-4 weeks. After 2 weeks I received an update on my order that it has been forwarded to the courier. I've just received my order in little over 2 weeks :D Thank you very much.

I'm sure that if had taken another route, via Amazon it would have taken just a long and probably paying 50% more due to import taxes.
