Filthy machine returned from service; refusal to confirm what was done to my machine

Philip coffee machine was sent in for repair/service, via Hirschs in Somerset West. The machine was handed in clean, yet was returned after 14 days in a filthy condition, very obviously NOT serviced. My continued request to confirm WHAT was done to my machine was just ignored. NEVER use these people, who are authorised Philips service providers. I have photos that I can upload to show the condition of my returned machine. Neither Philips nor Hirschs responded to my query. Since S&H seems to be the only service provider for Philips/Saeco coffee machines in the Western Cape (I have not seens others), I will not purchase a Philips/Saeco coffee machine, and neither anything from Hirschs
