Bad service

We bought a Kenwood Chef mixer from Makro 3 years ago. The machine is spitting out grease and sometimes the motor slows down for no reason. Makro then said that warranty isn2 years which we fully understand, but Kenwood has a 10 year warranty on the motor. Surely this a motor problem. Makro then sent the machine to s&h electronics who advised that we need to pay R465 for the service of the machine. We didnt want the machine serviced, we wanted the problem solved. After numerous calls and posting enquiries on their website for 2 weeks now, no reply from them. Their service is pathetic to say the least. Please do not use this business
