Unprofessional and Un trustworthy.

Placed an order for a part on their website while speaking to a consultant, The part ordered was not the correct one for the machine we have. I contacted them to request how does the returns process work as I could not find any link on the site to perform a return. Emailed me back stating that they don't do returns or refunds it is stated on the website and on the invoice. On their website it states returns incur a 15% handling feed, shipping fees are not refunded and product must be in the original package. Further the invoice is only sent after processing the order and making payment. So I'm confused, looks like I was just conned out of my money and now have a useless paper weight based on their advice.
