THEY Falsely Advertise and REFUSE to REFUND their false adverti*****t.

I bought an epilator on their website. Only the removeable head arrived. I contacted them immediately and explained the fault on their site, not specifying clearly that it is not an epilator, but just the removeable head. This was my 1st time buying one and I did not even know that you could buy either just the head or a whole one.

I requested that I return it and they refund me. They refused. Nowhere on their site, when I bought the product, did they state that the epilator head is classified as a razor and that razors are not refundable. Now I sit with this half a thing, without the actual epilator and I can't do anything with it.

Their customer service is Appalling! DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. They are the definition of everyone's fears of buying things online. There's much better companies out there.
