S&H services no support

Ordered a product two weeks prior to going on leave and selected a Pargo delivery. Delivery was eventually done while away. When eventually received the sms for delivery sent someone to pick up, but it was sent back as it is only kept for 3 days, and I arranged the pickup for day 4. On enquiry with S&H they rep**** saying it is my own problem as I have chosen Pargo delivery and If I want the item I must pay delivery again. The lady was so rude and not at all willing to be helpfull. Just said I must read the terms and conditions and it is not her problem if I want to go on leave when I place an order. Amazing that I have I have placed orders with various companies who successfully delivered my products even while I was away….. such a shame that this company seem to have a monopoly in services and spare parts for some products. The major brands in SA must have more provides available to ensure quality services one can choose from.
