S&H Refurbished Purchase

I've purchased online three blades for my Phillips shaver from S&H. I send them an email 7 days ago, to let them know how dissatisfied I am with my purchase, with no response. I have this shaver for approximately 14 years and changed the blades 5 times, and every time my machine was like a new one, only this time the new blades purchased from S&H don't cut it pull the beard out. I've let them know they sold me refurbished ****. I am very annoyed with myself because I through away my old blades which was way better than this new once.
