S&H Electronics is the most dreadful company I have ever purchased from

On 30 December 2022 I placed an online order and paid for replacement blades for my Philips electric shaver. Over 60 days later and they have not fulfilled my order. I requested a refund on 18 January. Instead, on 9 February they sent me a set of less expensive blades after telling me they were upgrading my order to a better, more expensive product. This was a lie. They replaced these blades with an identical set on 24 February. Not only have I been **** to, but they got one of their personnel, Tyrone, to call me and impersonate someone from Philips. Today they have refused to refund my payment. S&H is an authorised Philips repair centre. THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH!!
