S&H Electronic Services are pathetic

S&H Electronic Services are just plain useless. If you want repair and part rights to Philips products, then you need to honour it. I took my coffee machine in to repair a block and replace the jug on the 24 August 2023 and promised 5-7 working days. After many calls, you can never get through, never mind a quote. Mailed them and still waiting. Today 11 September 2023 I got through, hooray. First thing they ask is do I want to replace the jug. Job card says Replace Jug ??? Informed there is a block, that took some doing. We will get back to you ???
