Really sad because I had high hopes... I won't make this long. Bottomline is they didn't call as promised with a quote to fix my coffee machine - they provided the cost once the job was done - which was clearly inflated, and when questioned, they said, "You have an expensive machine, why would you challenge a few hundred Rand..."

On top of that it took 2.5 weeks before the job was done, and all it needed was a simple new part. If you need a new part, DON'T ORDER from them, go to www.eurostore.co.za - I got everything I needed there!

They hecticly overcharged and were very rude. Because I questioned their crazy charges, they ended up keeping the part, walking away from me, and leaving me empty handed. I am still with a non-working machine! Please don't work with them, they are daylight ******s.
