Rude and careless

<p>While the food is nothing to right home about and service average this used to be an OK place to wait for a catch up or a meeting. My complaint is also about the idgaf couldn't-care-less attitude the management of this place has towards their customers. In November last year, my dress was damaged when they carelessly left a piece of velcro open on the balcony without a sign to warn customers. They outright refused to reimburse me and instead offered after much haggling to have a new dress made for me. For over a month now they've ignored my emails and I've received no answers. Such disrespect! I will never support a business who cares so little about fixing their mistakes. Its business like this that set the tone for the shocking state of the industry. I'm out of a R600+ dress over an oily slice of pizza worth about as much as their customer service s****s.</p>
