Threatened by Supplier

Ordered a cartridge, with the same story that it lasts longer than the original cartridges, then on arrival we decided not to use the cartridge and to send it back, box still sealed, package not even opened. When our Financial Manager phoned them to arrange the return of the package, Neville returned the call and were threatening her that he will write a bad review about our Company, for cancelling the order even after willing to pay the cancellation fee and courier costs. I found this totally out of place as he has NO right in disrespecting one of our employees, and this our Financial Manager. We as a consumer also have our rights. No threats will be taken lightly as this is against our Policies.

I, as the Client liaison Manager phoned to find out what the problem is, Jenny answered the phone and said that she will ask Neville to return my call. After a few minutes Jenny returned the call and informed me that he has NOTHING to say to me and we must just do as we like.

Jenny kept on saying that she is a temp and the middle man, and asked me to send an email. She sound very anxious and bewildered.

Cant believe that someone can be so rude and think that he has the right to threaten people. This is not acceptable!!!!
