Sly Cartridge Company SGMH

On 15 January 2018 Nathan from SGMH Cartridge Supplies called me for a special on cartridge - R1600 and it will last me months. I signed and the Invoice on that day and mailed it back to them. I paid the Invoice of R1932.30 on 1 March 2018. Nathan and I had words regarding the payment and the cartridge, made me out to be a ****. I told him the must NEVER call me again and I mailed it to the company as well. Michelle called me an told me that I must order another cartridge, because it was part of the previous order. I MUST order TWO!! I did not want to have another cartridge, thought I missed something in the Invoice and told her after having words with her as well, as she just don't want to listen to reason or anything I said. She told me to write on my order and second Invoice "LAST ORDER". I signed and mailed the second Invoice to them on 20 March 2018. I made the payment of R1932.30 on 3 May 2018 for my last Cartridge, so I thought. 9 May 2018 - Michelle called me again, I MUST order another Cartridge, it is a Mothers Day special again for the same amount. I told her I do not want another cartridge and that they don't last that long. She was becoming nasty and did not give me chance to speak. She said it is a contract that I signed for 3 cartridges. I told her I did not sign up for even 2, that is when I realized I made a big mistake by paying and signing the second Invoice. I said NOBODY told me about 3 cartridges that I MUST order, told her I spoke to Nathan, she said there is no Nathan. I only spoke to her, which is not true. I went and read my Invoices that I signed and paid - there is no contract for 3 Invoices. These people are playing everyone and they are so demanding and sly. How can we stop them. Please can you help me to stop these people.

NOBODY must buy from them, they make you out to be a **** don't take no for an answer. They take your money from you, I had to pay nearly R4000.00 for 2 Cartridges. Thank You Kindly Lorraine van der Merwe
