SGMH Cartridges

After 2 years, they back again threating to take legal action as I dint complete my order. Have a new thing telling me that they have taken over for SGMH but you can hear it's the same lady. Told them I ordered 8 received 8 cartridges and paid for 8 cartridges, didn't order again as the cartridges are ****. Threatened to take legal action in 2020 and told them to go ahead, never heard anything from them since today, same story. Can this company please be stopped and reported to whatever board as they are an irritation.
