SGMH CARTRIDGE SUPPLIES *******

This company sent us cartridges to check if they will work, at that time we were in need of replacing the units within our machine, unfortunately upon arrival the particular cartridges supp**** were incorrect, this was then mentioned to a person by the name of Joe who then sent out another set about 2 weeks later, by then we had already purchased from another supplier at a far cheaper rate than what is offering. Immediately when the driver arrived we advised Joe that we will no longer need these units as we have sourced them else where.

He promptly replies that the units have been invoiced you have no choice but to accept the units. We returned both the incorrect units and the new units to the driver who walked back into my store and left it on my counter.
