SGMH Cartridge Supplies DISGUSTING ********!!!

In June I ordered one cartridge from SGMH cartridge supplies with an invoice made out only for one. I paid for one and only received one. I've just received a very rude call from a women with the name of Bianca. She said that I've ordered and received two cartridges whilst I only paid for one. She claims to be from the legal department and said that she will hand me over to the police should I not pay for the second cartridge - the one I never ordered nor received. While speaking to her, she put down the phone in my ear. Very very unprofessional and rude. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
