SGMH Cartridge Supplies ********* *********s

Initially i was contacted by this company to purchase a set of cartridges, these cartridges were sent off and i paid, then a second set was sent, now they want me to purchase a third set as this was apparently a "package deal" this package was never discussed with me and i never agreed to any such deal, i have asked multiple times for proof that i agreed to this deal, but they are refusing to supply proof. This morning Desiree Oosthuizen from their "legal department" phones me to inform me that i will be receiving a summons for the completion of this order, an order which i never agreed to. They also cannot supply me with any written or recorded proof of any of these allegations. This company is completely opposed to good business ethics. They seem to have a track record of victimizing customers into buying their inferior products using extreme manipulation, lies and bullying tactics. Desire Oosthuizen especially is a very bad person and if she really is a legal person, she has to be ashamed of her conduct, i do not know how this woman can lie so blatantly.
