SGMH Cartridge Supplies

On September 13, 2020 a Bianca phoned me claiming they are going to take legal action against my company for cartridges ordered with a "discount and voucher". First time I ordered form them was in 2018. Needles to say all of a sudden they claim I still owe them money. She sent me a new purchase order on September 14, 2020 claiming the order will them be the FINAL ORDER as well as the last time I will have to pay. Bianca told me to write on the order "ORDER IS NOW COMPLETE" and in the order number section "FINAL ORDER 4". Received the 4 cartridges, paid it and sure as daylight what happened today, yes, Bianca phoned me claiming again they are going to take legal action against my company. O yes, also claiming (for a legal person to say this, is beyond me) that I had no right to write "love letters" on the purchase order as it is the property or SGMH Cartridge Supplies!!!!! Then she told me I never spoke to her but to Desire....well big surprise ! I recorded the conversations on my cellphone as my landline is diverted to my cellphone. These people are really ******. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM EVER!!!!! There is not even a proper landline number where they can be contacted only a cellphone number. How do they live with themselves? They can not even provide me with detailed proof of my so called orders or payments. And for a company selling via "consultants" how is it possible that they do not have records of telephonic conversations?
