SGHM Cartridge -Legal Action

So after 5 years they are back threatening legal action after not hearing from them for 3 years. The first cartridges i received were correct and were payed for there after they just started sending(incorrect Ones) , I called to tell them i didnt want anymore and that they supp**** the incorrect cartridges and nothing was done. Anyone else have the same problem and what can be done about them
