Over a year ago we ordered a set of cartridges on the promise they would last longer. They arrived and are not compatible with our machine. E-mail response - "we will send another set". Second set arrives - same problem. Then rudely told we need to pay for the second set. I refused on the basis that I will not pay for something that doesn't work. They promised to send a courier to collect defective sets and replace them. 12 months later I have a debt collection agency calling. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER !!!!!!! BTW - Their vouchers are invalid and appear to be ******....
