This company contact us on good quality cartridges which did not deliver the promise. Two years after the first purchase they contacted us again claiming that there is still an open order and we have to pay for a second cartridge which we did not order originally. This order was paid in full and confirmed with Ansie that account is now closed. Two weeks later we received another call on an outstanding balance, claiming that there is another outstanding account for two more cartridges. (Not ordered). The whole **** is repeating itself about every two months. Every time the number of cartridges increase. This company is just a **** and try to rip of people. Don't deal with them EVER.
