FORCING CARTRIDGES DOWN YOU THROUGHT

WHAT A **** - They are introducing a new product to you actually forcing it down you throat and now today they want to take legal action saying that you ordered 2 cartridges, but i took one and paid for it to test it and see if it will last as long as they say. The cartridge did not last as long as they said and we are not interested in their product. Now the legal department is making a curtisy call to actually force you to take the 2nd cartridge to not take legal action if you pay it now otherwise you must face the consiquinces................................... Very unproffessional.
