Disgusting company!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a cartridge in February 2020 which I was told would last a year, but in actual fact only lasted 4 months, with dreadful quality. I paid the invoice for the one cartridge - the only cartridge that I ordered. After lockdown I received a call saying I had ordered 2 cartridges, I told the person I only ordered 1 cartridge!!!! Now I receive a call from so called "attorneys" so say I have been handed over because I have never paid for the second cartridge that I did not order or receive. No paperwork has been received for a second cartridge and no cartridge has been received. When I phoned the company and spoke to someone called Joe, he put the phone down on me!!!! Very professional - no I don't think so. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!
