They effectively cold call businesses, asking various questions with the promise of sending free Checkers gift vouchers. What they are really after is what printers (and more specifically ink cartridges) are used in the office. Then they ask for your name and office address to send the free voucher to.

They then tell you that they have ORIGINAL INK CARTRIDGES that they guarantee will print 8000 copies! They charge you about about R2000 per cartridge depending on what you take. Send you the Checkers voucher, with nothing on and the Original Cartridges... When you receive the cartridge, its second hand ****s and only print about 400 pages. After a week they will phone you to confirm that you received your ink, when you tell them that its ****s and not worth the money, they say they will resend new ones.

Days later you get a call from their accounting department demanding payment for the ink cartridges. When you tell them you wont pay as it is not what you ordered, they threaten you with Police, Hello Peter, attorneys, Racial claims and everything they can think of. After that they will phone you 3 to 5 times a day or phone and just not speak, to block you customer calls.

They cahrged Zeus Tyres R4500 for two refill ink cartridges. The original cartridges from HP cost about R500-R700 for both a black and colour one. (I have a copy of the invoice with me if anybody doesn't believe me.)

We learned through Carte Blance that this ******* has been doing this since 2005 under different names and that Carte Blance was looking for them. After we told them this, the Owner, Neville told me that he will "**** me up" and blacklist us on Hello Peter (Which he did) and Google. And then never called again
