beyond bad

Ridiculous service they kept asking our company to try their product where we ordered one and promised full guarantee on the product first one we received did not even fit in the machine then they send another one in place for the first one witch we have put in the machine it the powder the starting falling out into our machine so i called MR Neville and he told me they will send another one where we said no we are not taking another one because it was damaging our machine then he starts to threaten you and telling you you must pay the cancellation fee where we are within our 5 days of cancellation we only received the correct product on Monday witch is not working then they threaten you with everything you can name they are a ******* company they lie to you about the amount of the gift voucher they are ******** please don't use this company at all ...........
