Beyond Angry with SGM Cartridge Supplies

Never have I ever come across a company that threatens you with legal action of you do not buy their product. I was contacted in Nov 2019 via one of their sales people with how great their product is and how long their cartdridges lasts and how I will get a discount in the form of a voucher if I buy from them. Needless to say I did in fact buy from then....the product did not last as long infact the original HP cartridges lasted longer. So I get my second phone call in Jan 2020 and I ask that they give me a call again in Feb...wich they do only this time they threaten me that they will blacklist my Vat no if I do not buy from them again because when I baught the first time the so called discount was only given if I buy from them twice....and oh no one menntioned that I had to buy from them twice for a discount. I had a huge argument on the phone with the sales lady telling her that their ethics suck. So low and behold lockdown happens and I do need cartridges again and they are the only people I can find willing to deliver. So fool that I am I buy from them again...and geuss what one of their sales people contact me today saying that I have to buy a third time and that my file has been given to their legal team should I refuse to do so. Okay so now I am beyond debliksem in and I have had enough. To anyone thinking of doing busisness with these ****** please save yourself a massive headache or stroke and pass the option of buying anything from them.
