Unfairly treated at the BnB

Hello Peter. We checked in on 21 December 2018 at Sgedede BnB in Mountain View, Pretoria West with my children ages 16 ,14 ,7, 6 and I paid for a family room of 6. I explained to the owner of the BnB that my husband was coming later as he was delayed at work and I wasn't sure of the exact time he would arrive at the BnB. The owner of Sgedede BnB sounded fairly okay with the arrangement and we paid her asking price for the whole family electronically. However, when my husband came in at around 2.00am and requested access to her property she refused to let my own husband in and claimed that it was an intruder's invasion! The owner accused him of being drunk and a danger to her guests. We were devasted and packed our belongings and while still loading our travelling cases into the car she claimed we stole her bath towels. I asked for a full refund since we didn't receive all the services due shHello Peter. I recommended her for pointing out that before we left and asked her to search the car of which she didn't find them and I asked for a refund since we didnt receive all the services due but she refused and we left her place. We headed to the nearest police station in Hercules for assistance and 2 police officers escorted us to Sgedede BnB to resolve the matter. The owner still refused to refund us and worst again she claimed that we stole some of her items. We opened our travelling bags in front of the police officers and her false claims were proven wrong because she didn't find any ****** items in our bags! The owner of Sgedede BnB was ill-mannered and treated us unfairly. And we would like to request Hello Peter to assist us with the steps to follow in order to take action against the owner of Sgedede BnB?
