Dont go to sgegede bnb mountain view.

Hi on the 26th of December 2019 I made a booking at sgegede bnb to reserve initially 2 rooms and later on opted to add the 3rd one now the issue started on the 31st of December suring check-in time.from the entrance we were welcomed by construction workers going up and down fixing the whole front yard and that was distasteless for our viewing and we had children so that could never work,now at the front desk we were assisted by a gentleman called 'rocket's he does not use his real name(not sure why,no name tag.the parrot said that upon us canceling due to the inconvenience advised that we can opt to change the date for tomorrow 01st of jan 2020 .now only then the parrot sings and says the reservation has been cancelled and we cant check in.i tell him to call his boss he says she is not available but when i call her she miraculously popps in the ofdice and tells us that we are lying and that his boy is a saint and he wont lie and tht we actually owe her for the rooms that were never occupied and took our R1000 and said we must leave her premises irrespective of me telling er its my birthday celebrations she took no cognisance of thatthe is naive. Unprofessional rufe and echoes lies..hello peter i am asking that you intervene and tke necessary measures against the lady of tge business as she is a cheat and a *****.,
