Insurance repairs not paid for

Insurance repair work done for 1-call insurance via SG Digital has not been paid for. The owner of SG Digital (Mr Clayton Spadoni), also part owner of Four Pillar Concepts is doing the same delaying payment tactics that he has done with his other company - providing work to subcontractors and not doing payments. Four Pillar Concepts has undertaken insurance work from Discovery Health, Hollard, MiWay. Budget insurance etc, and has not paid subcontractors for work done. Can any insurance company out there provide assistance and advise to me on the way forward?
