Simply fantastic service

Despite a number of teething problems to get an account open and an initial delivery finalised, I'd like to extend a compliment to Roxanne Gurtz at SG Convenience. She's sorted every problem out, called back when she said she would, was always courteous and friendly via email, followed up on a number of items that fell outside the scope of her job and more. She's certainly an asset to your organisation, and I look forward to a long-lasting relationship between our companies.
