Old defective products

I regret ever buying from this company. I ordered a wine cooler, and not only was the delivery delayed, but when it finally arrived it was scratched and dented. From that moment on, dealing with the owner Jomo Maluleke has been a nightmare. He screens my calls, ignores my messages, and only responds with excuses when he feels like it.

For over 3 months I’ve been promised a refund that never comes. Every interaction has been nothing but lies and stalling tactics. This company has wasted my time, taken my money, and delivered nothing but frustration.

The lack of honesty, accountability, and basic professionalism is shocking. Save yourself the stress — avoid this company at all costs.
