Poor customer service

Dealt with a lady by the name of Shirnique Willard, the Tenancy Manageress and what a distasteful experience. Wouldn’t reply to my correspondence and when confronted about her professionalism she to no surprise got rude and made excuses. To avoid having your energy disturbed by poor service, I would recommend caution.
