What a ****! First time in two decades of using spectacles that I had to pay from my own pocket to get a frame while using medical aid. The frame broke in two weeks and guess what they refused to fix them. Telling me about how their lab doesn't fix metal frame, pretending to be looking for the frame. They refused to give me the frame number or contact the manufacturer. Then after numerous attempts to get the manufacturer's details, they tell me to come and pick a new frame which I'd have to pay for. Oh and the owner give everyone "discounts" on their overpriced frames so that he looks like Argh shame he cares about his clients. SIES!!!!!!
